Description
The Chuck Steak is considered by many to be the tastiest cut of beef, for steaks on the Bar-B-Que. It is a sub primal, located in the front of the cow, and it is often used for braised dishes and slow, wet cooking. Our family used them to feed 5 hungry people and did them on the BBQ… Everybody eats, when there’s Chuck steak on the Barbie!
